Before you book
The questions we get asked most.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 30 minutes, day or night. If the route is complicated we will say so and come back with a firm figure rather than a guess.
How is the price worked out?
Distance, driver hours, the vehicle size you need and any waiting time. It is quoted as one fixed figure before you commit, and it does not move afterwards.
How do I pay, and when?
Bank transfer or card. One-off trips are settled before or on the day. Regular contract work can be invoiced monthly instead of paying trip by trip.
What if I need to cancel or change?
Tell us as early as you can and we will move it. Cancellation terms are set out with your quote so there is nothing to argue about later.
Do you track flights on airport pick-ups?
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and we check the arrival on the day. If the flight is early or delayed the driver moves with it, and a delay outside your control does not change the agreed price.
How much waiting time is included?
A reasonable allowance is built into every quote, and airport pick-ups run from the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one. If you know you will need us to wait, tell us and we will price it in properly.
How much luggage can we bring?
Tell us the number of cases when you book. If the group is close to the seat limit with full luggage we will recommend the next size up rather than squeeze it in.
Can you take passengers with mobility needs?
Tell us about access needs when you book and we will plan around them, including step access and where the vehicle can pull up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, as a licensed PSV and private hire operator, with vetted drivers and vehicles on a scheduled inspection programme.
Do you do regular contracts?
Yes, alongside one-off trips. School runs, staff shuttles and standing weekly bookings, with the same driver kept on the run wherever possible.
